The university reported completion of the first retrofit phase of the 125,000-square-foot facility, with classes and residents arriving in late August. The facility includes academic space, the O'Pake Institute business incubator, community partners and student housing. Initial housing designs accommodated 66 students; that is not a count of apartments. No apartment-unit total is claimed here. Status: Completed applies specifically to the first phase reported in September 2021, not to every subsequent renovation or expansion.
