The 97 Penn Bern Road sketch-plan discussion described storage of refurbished utility-lift vehicles and parts; the property was landlocked and the plan lacked right-of-way information. SSM requested that information and the minutes recommended seeking a zoning variance. This is discussion/recommendation, not approval. The Commission also carried a motion recommending Penske planting to the Supervisors; utility and stormwater comments remained. Project statuses unchanged.
