Council unanimously accepted the Vertical Bridge cell-tower lease offer of $1,742.20 monthly and L/B Water partial refund of $9,658.39 for the non-working RAFA system. Resolution 277-2026 increased water rates for Zones 2 and 3 (Ontelaunee and Bern). Council authorized Telco wiring of three traffic-light control boxes for generator operation, with the $5,995 invoice paid from Liquid Fuels State Fund.
