The board voted 5–0 to approve and authorize execution of the J. Lynn Weddings municipal improvements and financial security agreements once received, conditioned upon final approval by Mr. Boland. Plans would not be released for recording until the agreements were recorded and all conditions confirmed satisfied; a stormwater plan/agreement required later consideration. Other 5–0 motions authorized selling the 2014 Ford Taurus for the highest bid of $3,250, adopted Resolution 26-21 for pension MMO distribution, and authorized two Motorola APX6000 radios not to exceed $13,326.84. The 2027 budget remained proposed, not adopted; possible LSA funding was not a grant award. Recorded actions do not prove completed construction; project statuses unchanged.
